The Annual Sick-Day Cycle Doesn’t Have to Be Inevitable
Every year, the pattern feels painfully familiar. A child brings a bug home from school. It sweeps through the household. Suddenly, an adult loses a week of work they couldn’t afford to miss, and the standard playbook—extra handwashing, more sleep, vitamin C, and zinc—feels entirely inadequate.
But what if the key to navigating cold and flu season isn’t just about reacting once symptoms start, but about helping your immune system prepare before the exposure happens?
For decades, medical textbooks taught us that the innate immune system (our first-responder cells like macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells) had no memory. It was thought to respond the exact same way, every single time. However, a fascinating and rapidly growing field of immunology known as “trained immunity” is rewriting that rulebook. It suggests that our innate immune cells can actually learn from experience, shifting into a state of heightened, balanced readiness to face future challenges.
This is the exact science that Dr. Jocelyn Strand, ND, will unpack in the upcoming free live webinar: “Fewer Sick Days This Cold & Flu Season? The Science of Training Your Immunity.”
Event Details:

Her unique ability to bridge rigorous academic science with practical, patient-centered care makes her the ideal voice to demystify immune health.
Who Is This Webinar For?
This session is highly valuable if you:
- Are tired of the reactive “sick-day cycle” and want to explore proactive, science-backed ways to support your family’s immune readiness.
- Are curious about the emerging science of “trained immunity” and how the innate immune system actually functions at a cellular level.
- Want to understand the specific role of beta-1,3/1,6-glucan in human clinical studies, cutting through the typical marketing hype.
- Are looking for sensible, holistic routines to support wellness before cold and flu season peaks.
Who Is This Webinar NOT For?
To ensure this is the right resource for your needs, please note this event is not designed for individuals who:
- Are seeking a “magic bullet” or a guaranteed promise to never get sick again.
- Believe that aggressively “boosting” or over-stimulating the immune system is always the right approach (more immune activity is not always better, particularly for those with autoimmune tendencies).
- Are looking for acute treatment advice or a cure for an active, severe infection (this webinar focuses strictly on preventive readiness and education).
What YOU’LL DISCOVER
During this engaging, one-hour live session, Dr. Strand will break down the science of immune readiness into clear, accessible concepts. You will learn:
- The Truth About “Trained Immunity”: What this term actually means in plain English, and why researchers view it as a beneficial “shift in readiness” rather than simple, chaotic over-stimulation.
- The Glucan Connection: How beta-1,3/1,6-glucan specifically interacts with innate immune cells at a level a curious adult can easily follow and understand.
- Real-World Human Data: What clinical studies have actually observed regarding the severity of cold symptoms, total sick days, and missed days of work or school for individuals supplementing with this specific glucan during peak season.
- Separating Fact from Frontier: A transparent, honest look at where the science of trained immunity is well-established, and where researchers are still actively writing the rules.
- Practical Application: How to thoughtfully layer a high-quality option like BWH-85® Beta Glucan into a sensible, everyday wellness routine for you and your family.
By the End of the Event
You will walk away with far more than just a product recommendation. You will have a grounded, scientifically literate understanding of how your body’s first line of defense actually works. You’ll know the right questions to ask about immune supplements, how to interpret clinical claims, and how to build a proactive wellness routine that doesn’t rely on guesswork. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to get your specific questions answered during the live Q&A segment.
The Real Benefit: Proactive Confidence Over Reactive Panic
The greatest advantage of this webinar is the shift in perspective it provides. Instead of dreading the inevitable wave of seasonal bugs and scrambling for remedies at the first sniffle, you will learn how to cultivate a state of calm, prepared readiness. By understanding the mechanics of trained immunity, you can make informed, confident decisions that support your family’s resilience from the inside out, without falling for exaggerated health claims.

HBOT ( Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy ) Webinar

Unlock the Incredible Benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Imagine a treatment that floods your body with pure oxygen, supercharging your cells and promoting healing from the inside out. That’s exactly what Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) does. This treatment involves breathing concentrated oxygen in a pressurized chamber, allowing your lungs to absorb more oxygen than they could at normal air pressure.
The result? A surge of oxygen-rich blood that revitalizes tissues and reduces inflammation. The FDA has cleared HBOT for 13 specific conditions, including decompression sickness, carbon monoxide poisoning, and non-healing wounds (FDA consumer update). Uses beyond that approved list — including the applications discussed in this webinar — are considered off-label, meaning they’re being researched but aren’t yet FDA-approved indications. That doesn’t mean the research isn’t worth understanding; it just means it’s still emerging, not settled.
One of the most well-documented personal accounts of off-label HBOT use comes from NFL legend Joe Namath.
Event Details:
Event Name: HBOT ( Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy ) Webinar
Event Starts: October 1 2026

⚠️ Disclaimer:
This Webinar is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) or any new treatment. Individual results may vary.
Joe Namath’s Inspiring Recovery Story
Joe Namath, the Hall of Fame quarterback, has spoken publicly about his experience with HBOT after being diagnosed with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in his 70s, following at least five documented concussions during his football career. His SPECT brain scans showed reduced blood flow to areas of his brain, and after 120 HBOT sessions over eight months, follow-up scans showed the previously dark areas had lightened, which he and his treating physicians described as a sign of improved blood flow and function (Amen Clinics interview; CBS News).
It’s worth noting this is Namath’s self-reported experience, not a peer-reviewed clinical outcome. As one CTE researcher, Dr. Robert Cantu of the Boston University CTE Center, has publicly stated: “There is no peer-reviewed literature that says it works… prospective double-blinded studies have not proved its efficacy” for traumatic brain injury specifically (CBS 42). Namath himself has helped fund an FDA-registered clinical trial at Jupiter Medical Center to test this more rigorously — which is itself a sign the question isn’t yet settled.
We’re including his story here because it’s a genuinely well-documented, real account — not because it should be read as proof HBOT treats TBI. That distinction matters, and we want to be upfront about it.
What Exactly Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
At its core, HBOT delivers high concentrations of oxygen under increased pressure, which researchers believe supports tissue repair and reduces inflammation. Whether you’re dealing with an FDA-approved condition or looking into the off-label research areas covered in this webinar, HBOT is an active and ongoing area of study.
Join Trevor King’s FREE Webinar on HBOT
If you’re curious about how HBOT research is developing, don’t miss Trevor King’s upcoming webinar on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. As the Head Researcher at The Live Better Group, Trevor has dedicated his career to exploring innovative approaches to health and longevity. In this session, he’ll cover the current science behind HBOT and share his perspective on where the research stands.
What You’ll Learn in the Webinar
Here’s a look at what Trevor will cover, along with some added context on where each topic currently stands in the research:
1. The History of HBOT, and Why It’s Not More Widely Used Yet
HBOT has been studied since the 1600s and is well-established for its FDA-approved uses. Its off-label applications for brain and neurological conditions are newer areas of research still working toward broader regulatory approval and insurance coverage — which is a slower, more ordinary process than a “suppression” story, even though it can feel frustratingly slow to patients hoping for faster access.
2. How HBOT May Support the Body’s Healing Processes
Researchers are studying how increased oxygen delivery may support tissue repair and reduce inflammation. This mechanism is well-established for HBOT’s FDA-approved uses; its role in other conditions is still being actively researched.
3. Early Research on HBOT for Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Some smaller studies have explored HBOT for MS symptom management, with mixed results across the research to date. This remains an active but not conclusively settled area of study — worth discussing with a neurologist rather than pursuing independently.
4. Early-Stage Research on HBOT and Memory in Older Adults
A small 2021 study by researchers at Tel Aviv University’s Sagol Center found that six older adults with memory loss showed improved cognitive test scores and increased cerebral blood flow after 60 HBOT sessions over three months (Shapira et al., Aging, 2021). It’s a genuinely interesting early finding — and also a very small study (six participants) that the researchers themselves describe as needing larger follow-up trials before broader conclusions can be drawn.
5. Early Research on HBOT and Alzheimer’s Biology
The same Tel Aviv University research team found that HBOT reduced amyloid plaque buildup in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease, and observed improved blood flow in human patients with memory loss (Shapira et al., Aging, 2021). This is promising early-stage research — mouse-model findings plus a small human pilot study — not evidence that HBOT reverses or cures Alzheimer’s in people. The researchers themselves frame it as a potential prevention pathway worth further study, not a treatment that “rewinds” existing disease.
Why You Should Attend This Free Webinar
If you’re interested in exploring the current research on HBOT and want to hear a thoughtful perspective on where the science stands, this webinar is worth your time. As with any emerging treatment area, we’d encourage bringing what you learn to a conversation with your own doctor before pursuing any new treatment.

Final Thoughts
HBOT is a genuinely interesting and actively-researched area of medicine, with strong, settled evidence for its FDA-approved uses and promising, early-stage evidence for several off-label applications discussed in this webinar. Joe Namath’s story is a compelling real account worth hearing — and it’s most useful alongside the caveat that it’s one person’s self-reported experience, not a substitute for the larger clinical trials still underway.

Dental Health Docu-Class

The Missing Link in Your Health: Why Your Mouth Matters More Than You Think
We brush, we floss, and we visit the dental chair twice a year. But what if the standard approach to dental care is only telling half the story?
For decades, modern medicine has largely treated the mouth as a separate entity from the rest of the body. Yet, a growing body of research in biological and holistic dentistry reveals a profound truth: the health of your teeth, gums, and jaw is deeply intertwined with your cardiovascular system, brain function, immune response, and overall longevity.
If you have ever wondered about the long-term safety of certain dental materials, the systemic ripple effects of hidden oral infections, or simply how to navigate your next dental appointment with confidence, you are not alone.
That is exactly why Jonathan Landsman and the team at NaturalHealth365 have curated the Dental Health Docu-Class. Starting September 29, 2026, this comprehensive, free online event is designed to bridge the gap between conventional dental procedures and whole-body wellness, giving you the knowledge to make truly informed decisions about your care.
Event Details:
Event Name: Dental Health Docu-Class
Event Starts: September 29 2026
Event Cost: FREE to Attend Online
⚠️ Important Medical Context: This docu-class is strictly for educational and informational purposes. It explores holistic and biological perspectives on oral health. It does not constitute medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed dentist or healthcare provider before making changes to your oral care routine or undergoing any dental procedures.
Meet Your Host and the Expert Faculty
This event is guided by Jonathan Landsman, a veteran of the health and wellness industry with nearly 40 years of experience. As the creator of NaturalHealth365, Jonathan has produced hundreds of programs alongside some of the most respected integrative healthcare providers in the world, specializing in translating complex health science into actionable, everyday knowledge.
He is joined by a distinguished lineup of pioneering biological dentists, medical doctors, and holistic health experts, including:
- Dr. Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD: A board-certified cardiologist and leading authority on the intersection of oxidative stress, dental procedures, and cardiovascular health.
- Dr. Griffin Cole, DDS, NMD: A prominent biological dentist focused on detecting hidden oral infections and their systemic impacts.
- Dr. Leonard Fazio, DDS: An expert in biological oral surgery, safe mercury removal protocols, and biocompatible dental implants.
- Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, DDS: A holistic dentist specializing in natural, proactive approaches to reversing tooth decay and avoiding rushed dental interventions.
- Dr. Ronald Hunninghake, MD: A pioneer in orthomolecular medicine, sharing insights on heavy metal detoxification and systemic recovery.
A Glimpse Inside the Episodes
Worth knowing before Mercury session: the FDA, ADA, and WHO consider dental amalgam safe for the general adult population, and the FDA specifically advises against removing intact, healthy amalgam fillings in most cases — since the removal process itself causes the highest mercury vapor exposure, higher than leaving the filling in place. The FDA does identify specific higher-risk groups (pregnant women, young children, people with certain health conditions) for whom alternatives may be preferable going forward. This is a genuine area of disagreement between mainstream and biological dentistry — worth discussing directly with both your dentist and the presenters
This docu-class is structured to take you on a journey from foundational knowledge to advanced, whole-body dental strategies. Across multiple deep-dive sessions, the curriculum covers:
- The Oral-Systemic Bridge: How unresolved gum disease and jawbone infections can influence distant organs, including the heart and liver.
- Material Safety: Navigating the complex world of dental materials to choose biocompatible options that minimize inflammation and toxic burden.
- The Mercury Conversation: Understanding the systemic risks of amalgam fillings and the strict, step-by-step protocols required for their safe removal.
- Microbiome Mastery: Shifting the focus from “killing germs” to cultivating a thriving, balanced oral microbiome that naturally protects against decay.
- Root Canals and Hidden Infections: Exploring the controversies surrounding endodontic procedures, ‘cavitations’ — a concept used in biological dentistry that isn’t recognized as a validated diagnosis in mainstream oral pathology — and the imaging techniques practitioners use to identify them.
- Empowered Advocacy: Practical scripts and critical questions to ask your dentist before agreeing to any procedure, from routine fillings to extractions and implants.
Who Is This Docu-Class For?
This event is thoughtfully designed for:
- Proactive Health Seekers: Individuals who want to understand the root causes of their health challenges and suspect their oral health might be a contributing factor.
- Parents and Caregivers: Those looking to make safer, more informed choices about their family’s dental care and preventive hygiene routines.
- People Facing Upcoming Dental Work: Anyone who wants to walk into their next appointment armed with knowledge about materials, alternatives, and safety protocols.
- Holistic Wellness Enthusiasts: Those interested in the intersection of functional medicine, detoxification, and biological dentistry.
Who Is This NOT For?
To ensure this is the right resource for your needs, please note this event is not intended for:
- Individuals experiencing a dental emergency (e.g., severe pain, acute swelling, or trauma) who require immediate, in-person professional care.
- Those looking for a “magic bullet” or a reason to avoid all conventional dental care. (The goal is informed integration, not the rejection of necessary medical intervention).
- People seeking personalized diagnoses or specific treatment plans for their unique dental conditions.
What YOU’LL DISCOVER
Over the course of this event, you will move beyond the standard “brush and floss” narrative. You will learn:
- How to decode dental materials: Understand which substances are most likely to trigger inflammatory responses and how to request biocompatible alternatives.
- The paradigm of biological surgery: Why the approach to extractions, implants, and jawbone healing is being reshaped to prioritize systemic recovery.
- The hidden triggers of chronic issues: How blood sugar imbalances, airway restrictions, and unresolved oral infections can manifest as fatigue, brain fog, or cardiovascular strain.
- Natural, proactive defense: Evidence-informed, holistic strategies for remineralizing teeth and supporting periodontal health from the inside out.
- The art of the dental interview: How to vet a dental practice, identify a true biological dentist, and become your own strongest health advocate.
By the End of the Event
You will not just walk away with a list of fears about conventional dentistry. Instead, you will gain a practical, empowering framework.
You will know exactly which questions to ask before a procedure, how to interpret the answers you receive, and what alternative pathways exist if standard recommendations don’t align with your health goals. You will transition from being a passive recipient of dental care to an active, informed partner in your own well-being.
The Real Benefit: Peace of Mind and True Advocacy
The greatest value of the Dental Health Docu-Class is the removal of uncertainty. Dental anxiety often stems from a lack of control and understanding.
By illuminating the hidden connections between your mouth and your overall health, this program gives you the confidence to navigate the healthcare system on your own terms. You will learn how to protect your long-term wellness, reduce your body’s toxic burden, and foster a mouth environment that supports, rather than hinders, your vitality.
