HBOT ( Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy ) Webinar

Unlock the Incredible Benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Imagine a treatment that floods your body with pure oxygen, supercharging your cells and promoting healing from the inside out. That’s exactly what Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) does. This treatment involves breathing concentrated oxygen in a pressurized chamber, allowing your lungs to absorb more oxygen than they could at normal air pressure.

The result? A surge of oxygen-rich blood that revitalizes tissues and reduces inflammation. The FDA has cleared HBOT for 13 specific conditions, including decompression sickness, carbon monoxide poisoning, and non-healing wounds (FDA consumer update). Uses beyond that approved list — including the applications discussed in this webinar — are considered off-label, meaning they’re being researched but aren’t yet FDA-approved indications. That doesn’t mean the research isn’t worth understanding; it just means it’s still emerging, not settled.

One of the most well-documented personal accounts of off-label HBOT use comes from NFL legend Joe Namath.

Joe Namath’s Inspiring Recovery Story

Joe Namath, the Hall of Fame quarterback, has spoken publicly about his experience with HBOT after being diagnosed with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in his 70s, following at least five documented concussions during his football career. His SPECT brain scans showed reduced blood flow to areas of his brain, and after 120 HBOT sessions over eight months, follow-up scans showed the previously dark areas had lightened, which he and his treating physicians described as a sign of improved blood flow and function (Amen Clinics interview; CBS News).

It’s worth noting this is Namath’s self-reported experience, not a peer-reviewed clinical outcome. As one CTE researcher, Dr. Robert Cantu of the Boston University CTE Center, has publicly stated: “There is no peer-reviewed literature that says it works… prospective double-blinded studies have not proved its efficacy” for traumatic brain injury specifically (CBS 42). Namath himself has helped fund an FDA-registered clinical trial at Jupiter Medical Center to test this more rigorously — which is itself a sign the question isn’t yet settled.

We’re including his story here because it’s a genuinely well-documented, real account — not because it should be read as proof HBOT treats TBI. That distinction matters, and we want to be upfront about it.

What Exactly Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

At its core, HBOT delivers high concentrations of oxygen under increased pressure, which researchers believe supports tissue repair and reduces inflammation. Whether you’re dealing with an FDA-approved condition or looking into the off-label research areas covered in this webinar, HBOT is an active and ongoing area of study.

If you’re curious about how HBOT research is developing, don’t miss Trevor King’s upcoming webinar on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. As the Head Researcher at The Live Better Group, Trevor has dedicated his career to exploring innovative approaches to health and longevity. In this session, he’ll cover the current science behind HBOT and share his perspective on where the research stands.

What You’ll Learn in the Webinar

Here’s a look at what Trevor will cover, along with some added context on where each topic currently stands in the research:

1. The History of HBOT, and Why It’s Not More Widely Used Yet

HBOT has been studied since the 1600s and is well-established for its FDA-approved uses. Its off-label applications for brain and neurological conditions are newer areas of research still working toward broader regulatory approval and insurance coverage — which is a slower, more ordinary process than a “suppression” story, even though it can feel frustratingly slow to patients hoping for faster access.

2. How HBOT May Support the Body’s Healing Processes

Researchers are studying how increased oxygen delivery may support tissue repair and reduce inflammation. This mechanism is well-established for HBOT’s FDA-approved uses; its role in other conditions is still being actively researched.

3. Early Research on HBOT for Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Some smaller studies have explored HBOT for MS symptom management, with mixed results across the research to date. This remains an active but not conclusively settled area of study — worth discussing with a neurologist rather than pursuing independently.

4. Early-Stage Research on HBOT and Memory in Older Adults

A small 2021 study by researchers at Tel Aviv University’s Sagol Center found that six older adults with memory loss showed improved cognitive test scores and increased cerebral blood flow after 60 HBOT sessions over three months (Shapira et al., Aging, 2021). It’s a genuinely interesting early finding — and also a very small study (six participants) that the researchers themselves describe as needing larger follow-up trials before broader conclusions can be drawn.

5. Early Research on HBOT and Alzheimer’s Biology

The same Tel Aviv University research team found that HBOT reduced amyloid plaque buildup in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease, and observed improved blood flow in human patients with memory loss (Shapira et al., Aging, 2021). This is promising early-stage research — mouse-model findings plus a small human pilot study — not evidence that HBOT reverses or cures Alzheimer’s in people. The researchers themselves frame it as a potential prevention pathway worth further study, not a treatment that “rewinds” existing disease.

Final Thoughts

HBOT is a genuinely interesting and actively-researched area of medicine, with strong, settled evidence for its FDA-approved uses and promising, early-stage evidence for several off-label applications discussed in this webinar. Joe Namath’s story is a compelling real account worth hearing — and it’s most useful alongside the caveat that it’s one person’s self-reported experience, not a substitute for the larger clinical trials still underway.

Cancer, Chemo, Supplements, and the Immune System

The Questions You Don’t Have Time to Ask: A Candid Conversation on Cancer, Chemo, and Integrative Care

A cancer diagnosis brings a flood of information, decisions, and, inevitably, a long list of questions. Yet, during a standard 15-minute oncology appointment, the focus is understandably on scan results, treatment protocols, and immediate side effects.

This leaves a massive gap. What about the supplements sitting on your kitchen counter? Is that trending diet actually helpful or harmful? How do you rebuild your body’s defenses once treatment ends?

These aren’t fringe questions; they are central to a patient’s daily reality. That is exactly why Dr. Jonathan Stegall, MD, is hosting a dedicated, no-fluff live webinar: “Cancer, Chemo, Supplements, and the Immune System.”

This session is designed to provide the comprehensive, evidence-based answers that rushed clinical visits simply cannot accommodate.

Event Details:

Event Name: Cancer, Chemo, Supplements, and the Immune System
Event Schedule: October 15 2026
Event Cost: FREE to Attend Online

⚠️ Crucial Medical Disclaimer: This article and the associated webinar are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Integrative oncology is meant to complement, not replace, conventional cancer care. Never start, stop, or alter any supplement, diet, or prescribed treatment without the explicit guidance of your primary oncology team.

Meet Your Host: Dr. Jonathan Stegall, MD

Navigating the intersection of conventional oncology and holistic health requires a guide who is deeply fluent in both. Dr. Jonathan Stegall is a Yale-trained medical doctor specializing in integrative oncology.

He understands the precise mechanisms of chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, allowing him to safely and effectively layer evidence-based nutritional, lifestyle, and supplemental strategies alongside standard care. His goal is never to offer false hope or “miracle cures,” but rather to empower patients with practical, scientifically sound tools to support their bodies through the cancer journey.

Who Is This Webinar For?

This event is an invaluable resource if you:

  • Are currently undergoing cancer treatment and feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice about diet and supplements.
  • Are a cancer survivor with “clear margins” who wants to proactively support long-term immune health and reduce the fear of recurrence.
  • Are a caregiver seeking practical, science-backed ways to support a loved one’s nutritional and environmental well-being.
  • Want to have a more informed, collaborative conversation with your primary oncologist about integrative care.

Who Is This Webinar NOT For?

To ensure patient safety and set appropriate expectations, this event is not intended for:

  • Individuals seeking “alternative” therapies to replace conventional, evidence-based cancer treatments (like chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery).
  • Those looking for personalized medical prescriptions, specific dosing regimens, or direct medical advice over the internet.
  • Anyone unwilling to discuss lifestyle and supplement changes with their treating oncology team before implementing them.

What YOU’LL DISCOVER

During this focused, one-hour session, Dr. Stegall will cut through the noise of internet health trends and deliver clear, research-backed insights. You will learn:

  1. The Supplement Safety Protocol: How to evaluate the vitamins, herbs, and supplements you are taking. Dr. Stegall will explain which compounds may genuinely support your body during chemotherapy, and which ones carry a hidden risk of interfering with treatment efficacy. But some supplements, especially antioxidants, may interfere with chemotherapy or radiation, and that the NCI advises discussing all supplements with your oncology team.
  2. Demystifying Dietary Trends: A clear-eyed look at the “diet whiplash” surrounding cancer. We will unpack what the actual clinical evidence says about ketogenic diets, intermittent fasting, and the nuanced reality behind the “sugar feeds cancer” slogan.
  3. Rebuilding Post-Treatment Resilience: Actionable strategies for restoring immune function and cellular health after you have finished active treatment and achieved remission.
  4. Navigating Environmental Exposures: A practical, non-alarmist look at the everyday environmental toxins that accumulate over time, and the realistic, manageable steps patients can take to reduce their burden.
  5. Live, Unscripted Q&A: The opportunity to have your specific, burning questions answered plainly and directly by an expert who prioritizes clarity over medical jargon.

By the End of the Event

You will walk away with more than just a list of “do’s and don’ts.” You will gain a cohesive, science-based framework for making daily lifestyle decisions. Instead of feeling paralyzed by conflicting internet advice or fearful of making a mistake, you will know exactly which questions to ask your care team and how to advocate for a truly comprehensive approach to your healing.

The Real Benefit

The greatest value of this webinar is its integrity.

By addressing the physical, nutritional, and environmental aspects of cancer care in one sitting, Dr. Stegall aims to replace anxiety and confusion with empowered, actionable knowledge.

Food Sensitivity Summit

When “Safe Foods” Keep Shrinking—And Fear Replaces Joy at the Table

If you’ve ever canceled dinner plans because you weren’t sure what was in the dish…
If your “safe foods” list has gotten so short that grocery shopping feels like a minefield…
Or if you’re exhausted from brain fog, bloating, or joint pain that seems tied to everything you eat—

You’re not imagining it. And you’re not broken.

The result? A shrinking diet, rising anxiety, and a body that feels less resilient—not more.

What you’re experiencing may be food sensitivities—a complex immune response that’s skyrocketing worldwide. But here’s the hard truth: long-term elimination diets can backfire. The more you restrict, the more your nervous system learns to see food as a threat—and the more reactive your immune system becomes.

But there’s another path. One that doesn’t ask you to avoid more foods—but to rebuild tolerance from the inside out.

That’s the focus of the FREE Food Sensitivity Summit, hosted by Jason Prall, integrative health expert and host of The Human Longevity Project. Featuring 15 leading voices—including Dr. Datis Kharrazian, Dr. Aristo Vojdani, and Dr. Keesha Ewers—this summit offers a science-aware roadmap to food freedom.

Event Details:

Event Name: Food Sensitivity Summit
Event Schedule: October 15 2026
Event Cost: FREE to Attend Online

Important note: This summit is educational only. It does not diagnose food allergies, sensitivities, or gut disorders. Never eliminate major food groups without guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Restrictive diets can lead to nutrient deficiencies and worsen immune dysregulation.

What You’ll Actually Learn (No Quick Fixes, Just Root-Cause Clarity)

This isn’t about swapping one elimination diet for another. It’s about understanding why your body is reacting—and how to restore balance.

You’ll discover:

  • Why food sensitivities aren’t just about the food—but about gut barrier integrity, immune regulation, and nervous system safety
  • How chronic stress and poor detox pathways keep your immune system on high alert
  • The difference between true IgE allergies, IgG sensitivities, and non-immune intolerances—and why testing can be misleading
  • Which functional tests are worth it (and which create more confusion than clarity)
  • How to strategically reintroduce foods to rebuild tolerance—not trigger flare-ups
  • Gentle protocols to calm systemic inflammation and support microbiome diversity
  • The role of vagus nerve tone and emotional safety in digestive resilience

Most importantly, you’ll hear from people who’ve expanded their diets after years of restriction—not by avoiding more, but by healing deeper.

Meet Your Host: Jason Prall

Jason Prall isn’t a clinician—but he’s a trusted guide in the world of root-cause health. As host of The Human Longevity Project, he’s spent years interviewing top researchers and practitioners on topics like immunity, longevity, and nervous system regulation.

His approach? Depth over dogma. He doesn’t sell protocols—he curates conversations that help you think critically and act wisely.

Who Is This Summit For?

This event is ideal if you:

  • Have tried elimination diets with limited or worsening results
  • React to an ever-growing list of foods
  • Experience symptoms beyond digestion (fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, joint pain)
  • Feel anxious or isolated around shared meals
  • Are a health practitioner seeking advanced strategies for complex clients

It’s not for people looking for:

  • A one-size-fits-all “heal your gut in 30 days” plan
  • Permission to self-diagnose or replace medical care
  • Quick fixes without inner work

This is for those ready to move from fear to resilience—one mindful bite at a time.

The Real Benefit? Freedom to Eat—Without Fear

Past attendees often report:

  • Greater confidence in navigating restaurants and social events
  • Reduced obsession with “clean” eating
  • A shift from “What can’t I eat?” to “How can I support my body’s ability to tolerate more?”
  • Deeper understanding of their own biology

This summit won’t give you a magic supplement.
But it might give you your life back at the table.

Free. On-Demand. No Upsells During Sessions

The Food Sensitivity Summit is free to access during the launch window—with all sessions available on-demand so you can learn at your pace.

Fewer Sick Days This Cold & Flu Season? The Science of Training Your Immunity

Fewer Sick Days This Cold & Flu Season? The Science of Training Your Immunity

The Annual Sick-Day Cycle Doesn’t Have to Be Inevitable

Every year, the pattern feels painfully familiar. A child brings a bug home from school. It sweeps through the household. Suddenly, an adult loses a week of work they couldn’t afford to miss, and the standard playbook—extra handwashing, more sleep, vitamin C, and zinc—feels entirely inadequate.

But what if the key to navigating cold and flu season isn’t just about reacting once symptoms start, but about helping your immune system prepare before the exposure happens?

For decades, medical textbooks taught us that the innate immune system (our first-responder cells like macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells) had no memory. It was thought to respond the exact same way, every single time. However, a fascinating and rapidly growing field of immunology known as “trained immunity” is rewriting that rulebook. It suggests that our innate immune cells can actually learn from experience, shifting into a state of heightened, balanced readiness to face future challenges.

This is the exact science that Dr. Jocelyn Strand, ND, will unpack in the upcoming free live webinar: “Fewer Sick Days This Cold & Flu Season? The Science of Training Your Immunity.”

Event Details:

Event Name: Fewer Sick Days This Cold & Flu Season? The Science of Training Your Immunity
Event Starts: October 1 2026
Event Cost: FREE to Attend Online

⚠️ Important Medical Context: This webinar is strictly for educational and informational purposes. It explores emerging research in immunology and nutritional support. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to replace standard medical care, vaccines, or prescribed treatments. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing an autoimmune condition, or taking medications.

Meet Your Host: Dr. Jocelyn Strand, ND

“— note that Dr. Strand’s research role is with Better Way Health specifically, the company behind the BWH-85® product featured in this webinar.”

Translating complex immunology into actionable, everyday health strategies requires a guide who understands both the research lab and the clinical exam room. Dr. Jocelyn Strand serves as the Vice President of Clinical Education & Research at Better Way Health (BWH Labs).

She brings over 11 years of private clinical practice experience, specializing in complex gastrointestinal, Lyme, and autoimmune conditions. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Strand is an active, published researcher. She has contributed to Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal, co-authored biofilm research in Frontiers in Antibiotics, and actively collaborates on research initiatives with Johns Hopkins University. Her unique ability to bridge rigorous academic science with practical, patient-centered care makes her the ideal voice to demystify immune health.

Who Is This Webinar For?

This session is highly valuable if you:

  • Are tired of the reactive “sick-day cycle” and want to explore proactive, science-backed ways to support your family’s immune readiness.
  • Are curious about the emerging science of “trained immunity” and how the innate immune system actually functions at a cellular level.
  • Want to understand the specific role of beta-1,3/1,6-glucan in human clinical studies, cutting through the typical marketing hype.
  • Are looking for sensible, holistic routines to support wellness before cold and flu season peaks.

Who Is This Webinar NOT For?

To ensure this is the right resource for your needs, please note this event is not designed for individuals who:

  • Are seeking a “magic bullet” or a guaranteed promise to never get sick again.
  • Believe that aggressively “boosting” or over-stimulating the immune system is always the right approach (more immune activity is not always better, particularly for those with autoimmune tendencies).
  • Are looking for acute treatment advice or a cure for an active, severe infection (this webinar focuses strictly on preventive readiness and education).

What YOU’LL DISCOVER

During this engaging, one-hour live session, Dr. Strand will break down the science of immune readiness into clear, accessible concepts. You will learn:

  • The Truth About “Trained Immunity”: What this term actually means in plain English, and why researchers view it as a beneficial “shift in readiness” rather than simple, chaotic over-stimulation.
  • The Glucan Connection: How beta-1,3/1,6-glucan specifically interacts with innate immune cells at a level a curious adult can easily follow and understand.
  • Real-World Human Data: What clinical studies have actually observed regarding the severity of cold symptoms, total sick days, and missed days of work or school for individuals supplementing with this specific glucan during peak season.
  • Separating Fact from Frontier: A transparent, honest look at where the science of trained immunity is well-established, and where researchers are still actively writing the rules.
  • Practical Application: How to thoughtfully layer a high-quality option like BWH-85® Beta Glucan into a sensible, everyday wellness routine for you and your family.

By the End of the Event

You will walk away with far more than just a product recommendation. You will have a grounded, scientifically literate understanding of how your body’s first line of defense actually works. You’ll know the right questions to ask about immune supplements, how to interpret clinical claims, and how to build a proactive wellness routine that doesn’t rely on guesswork. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to get your specific questions answered during the live Q&A segment.

The Real Benefit: Proactive Confidence Over Reactive Panic

The greatest advantage of this webinar is the shift in perspective it provides. Instead of dreading the inevitable wave of seasonal bugs and scrambling for remedies at the first sniffle, you will learn how to cultivate a state of calm, prepared readiness. By understanding the mechanics of trained immunity, you can make informed, confident decisions that support your family’s resilience from the inside out, without falling for exaggerated health claims.
